Short day today. My legs are stiffs and hurts a little from the lots of road walk so I will go easy. I got back after a nice breakfast from Gail and John place to the river that I followed to the pedestrian bridge. Then the trail goes through the Massey university, a little forest and some farmland. I then got back to the city by bus to resupply and have a good dinner at the Union brewery. I slept in the Railway hotel which is a very old building. It was nice.
